Otherwise we shall not disclose any personal information to anyone outside of the firm without specific permission.
c) Whenever we process personal information as outlined above we will ensure that we always keep the Personal Data rights of anyone whose personal information that we are porocessing in high regard and we will take account of these rights. We want to make sure that personal information that we process is accurate and up to date and you may ask usa to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate.
f) We have a legitimate interest in sharing your personal information with our voluntary regulator, the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) to enable them to monitor our compliance with their Code of Practice and to test levels of customer satisfaction.
